OFAC Sanctions Designation Alerts LIVE
Crypto addresses newly designated by OFAC, published as each designation lands.
Travel Rule exchange is coming to ChainAnalyzer — screening and transmission in one flow NEW
Aug 23, 2026
A VASP-to-VASP Travel Rule information exchange capability is in development for Enterprise customers, integrating TRP-compliant transmission with ChainAnalyzer's on-chain risk assessment. A patent-pending two-stage risk gate screens the counterparty before any exchange starts, then screens the deposit address disclosed on approval once more before on-chain execution — voiding the transfer automatically if risk is found, even after approval. Personal data stays on a physically separated, encrypted foundation, and per-jurisdiction policies absorb requirements as different as Japan's self-hosted wallet exemption and Peru's collect-or-block rule.
XRP goes live: 12 chains for self-serve scanning, full XRPL history included NEW
Aug 9, 2026
XRP (XRP Ledger — native XRP payments and IOU/issued tokens) is now a fully supported chain on every plan, including Free. That brings self-serve live chains to 12: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Solana, Kaia, TRON, and XRP. Powered by Ripple's official public full-history JSON-RPC clusters (no API key, no BYOK path), with Partial Payment transactions corrected against delivered_amount for accurate received-amount analysis, plus OFAC sanctions screening and a Destination Tag disclosure for shared-address exchange deposits.
TRON goes live: 11 chains for self-serve scanning, TRC20/USDT included NEW
Aug 9, 2026
TRON (TRX and TRC20 tokens, including USDT-TRC20 — the largest stablecoin by transfer volume on any chain) is now a fully supported chain on every plan, including Free. That brings self-serve live chains to 11: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Solana, Kaia, and TRON. Same detection depth as every other chain — OFAC sanctions screening, dust attack and peel chain detection, KYT and Alterya risk scoring, Follow Mode graph exploration, and case management — powered by an independent TronGrid-based scanner pipeline since TRON runs TVM, not EVM.
IMOZURU: one input runs the whole investigation loop — and writes the report NEW
Aug 5, 2026
Give IMOZURU one address (or transaction) and it runs the loop analysts repeat by hand — scan, expand the graph, choose the next address to follow, cut the dead ends — then produces an investigation report PDF and an investigation case. In a measured run seeded from the address-poisoning network of roughly 800 million JPY we published ourselves: 71 addresses discovered autonomously in about 12 minutes, 57 terminals, 5 infrastructure nodes, 4 confirmed common-operator attributions. Business plan and above.
Insider trading detection for crypto — pre-disclosure window analysis, patent pending NEW
Aug 1, 2026
ChainAnalyzer now flags suspected insider trading on-chain: cross-referencing company-affiliation and insider-scope tags, and escalating trades that land inside the pre-disclosure window of a registered announcement to CRITICAL — with the window trades attached as evidence. The detection method is patent pending, and the design collects no personally identifiable information. Built ahead of Japan's planned FIEA amendments bringing crypto insider rules.
Kaia goes live: 9 chains for self-serve scanning, and Watchlist learns them all NEW
Jul 11, 2026
Kaia (formerly Klaytn, ChainID 8217) is now a fully supported live chain — scanning, Watchlist monitoring, token contract monitoring, and graph analysis. We also expanded the Watchlist chain picker to Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and Kaia. Engineering note included: Kaiascan's Etherscan-compatible API can't do contract-wide token transfer queries, so our contract monitor falls back to raw eth_getLogs over public RPC — the same pattern that powers our Kaia holder derivation.
The enterprise trust stack: Holder Graph forensics, tamper-evident audit trails, webhooks, and an Issuer Dashboard NEW
Jul 11, 2026
Four ships for compliance teams: (1) Holder Graph & Cluster Forensics (Business+) — force-directed distribution graphs with common-funder BFS clustering and AI forensic narratives. (2) Financial-grade audit trails — hash-chained activity logs anchored to WORM object storage, so no one (including us) can silently rewrite history. (3) Three webhook events (risk change / watchlist update / report ready) with a dedicated delivery worker. (4) An Issuer Dashboard for stablecoin issuers: multi-chain circulating supply from operational wallets, direct on-chain.
ML that earns its way into the verdict: supervised β-scores, honest anomaly meters, and a false-positive purge NEW
Jul 11, 2026
We now show our supervised ML model's fraud-probability estimate on every scan — as a β reference that does NOT touch your risk score until it passes promotion gates on real production data. In the same release: the unsupervised anomaly meter is relabeled as a novelty indicator (anomalous ≠ malicious — exchanges are the most 'anomalous' actors on any chain), and a precision sweep that eliminated false CRITICALs on legitimate high-throughput infrastructure while adding a fresh poisoning-network cluster to ScamDB.
Bridge Flow Trace: tracing NEAR Intents (and 6 other privacy bridges) in one request NEW
May 24, 2026
Privacy bridges like NEAR Intents are not untraceable. We just shipped Bridge Flow Trace: a single API request that auto-detects bridge solvers, reconstructs multi-hop cross-chain fund flows, and emits a same_intent_correlation insight proving "this is the same transfer" with on-chain memo matching + sub-minute settlement timing. SANAE TOKEN case study: 1-2 hours of manual investigation collapsed to 6.8 seconds. New Business plan ($99.99/mo) and x402 pay-per-trace ($3.00/call).
Shipping a $1.00-per-call AML API on Coinbase x402 Bazaar NEW
Apr 28, 2026
On 2026-04-28 ChainAnalyzer landed its first mainnet x402 settlement: an AI agent paid $1.00 USDC on Base via the Coinbase CDP Facilitator and got back a CRITICAL verdict on a Tornado Cash address with 64 detections — no account, no API key, all on-chain. Five implementation pitfalls (verify wire format, missing settle, X-PAYMENT proxy stripping, esm.sh deps, self-transfer) and how we fixed them.
9 blockchains supported: Base, Arbitrum, Optimism and BNB Smart Chain join the lineup NEW
Apr 28, 2026
ChainAnalyzer expanded from 5 supported chains to 9: Base, Arbitrum, Optimism and BNB Smart Chain join Bitcoin, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche and Solana. All 76+ detection rules run on the new chains unchanged, and a single-registry design keeps future chain additions fast.
Building an MCP server that AI agents pay for autonomously (Claude → MCP → x402 USDC) NEW
Apr 28, 2026
Most MCP servers expose tools for free and trust the caller. We wanted ours to charge per call without a human in the loop. Here's how we wired Claude → MCP tool → HTTP 402 → EIP-3009 USDC settlement on Base, end-to-end, so an AI agent can buy AML risk data on demand. No accounts, no API keys, the agent's wallet is the budget.
MCP Server Live on awesome-mcp-servers + Glama AAA — x402 USDC on Base & Solana Mainnet NEW
Apr 25, 2026
ChainAnalyzer's MCP server is now officially listed on awesome-mcp-servers (community-curated directory), earned a AAA score on Glama (security/license/quality all A), and is registered on the official MCP Registry. x402 USDC settlement now lives on Base and Solana mainnet via the Coinbase CDP Facilitator, with Coinbase Bazaar / Agentic.Market auto-discovery enabled.
$5.3M Address Poisoning Network — 2 Months Later: The Follow-Up NEW
Apr 20, 2026
In February 2026 we uncovered a $5.3M cross-chain address poisoning network with 264+ operators and a single Master Funder. Today we went back to see what happened. 854 new operator wallets. $16.8M USDT processed by the ETH collector. The operation did not stop — it accelerated. Full on-chain comparison 2026-02-17 vs 2026-04-20.
Drained for $7.95 — How a Solana Phishing Attack Became a Multi-Chain AML Platform NEW
Apr 20, 2026
The founder of ChainAnalyzer got drained by a fake Orynth airdrop with an admin badge. That $7.95 lesson became the first entry in our ScamDB and the origin story of a platform now covering 9 blockchains with 76+ detection rules and MCP integration.
JPYC & Stablecoin AML Coverage — Japan-Ready Transaction Monitoring
Apr 18, 2026
