  • Server metadata: Server names, connection status, and agent version information for servers you connect to ChainAnalyzer.
  • Authentication tokens: Agent connection tokens used to authenticate your servers.
  • Usage data: Connection timestamps, session duration, and resource usage for billing and service improvement.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Your code stays on your server. In BYOS mode, ChainAnalyzer relays terminal connections in real time without storing terminal content, file contents, or command history. We do not have access to your source code, files, or project data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Authenticate your server connections
  • Process billing and manage subscriptions
  • Send you service-related notifications
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve performance and reliability

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption for all connections, token-based server authentication, and secure storage of account data.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions and to analyze site usage.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: Authentication and database
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Azure Communication Services: Transactional email

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion of your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated server configurations and authentication tokens are permanently removed.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also export your data or request that we stop processing it.
