Troubleshooting

Common issues and solutions

Scan Issues

Scan not completing

  • Check address format:Solana addresses are 32-44 character Base58 strings, EVM addresses (Ethereum/Polygon/Avalanche) start with 0x (42 chars), and Bitcoin addresses start with 1.../3.../bc1...
  • Check BYOK settings:Detailed analysis such as holder analysis requires a Helius API key. Set it up in Settings > API Keys.
  • Wait a moment:Tokens with a large number of transactions may take longer to analyze.

"Address not found" error

  • New address:Addresses with zero transactions cannot be scanned.
  • Check for typos:Double-check the address and make sure it was copied correctly.

Scan limit reached

  • Monthly reset:Scan counts reset on the 1st of each month.
  • Upgrade your plan:Get more scans with a paid plan.

API Issues

401 Unauthorized Error

  • Check your API key:Make sure the correct API key is set in the Authorization header.
  • Check your plan:API access is not available on the Free plan. Please upgrade to Starter or above.

429 Rate Limit Error

  • Request interval:Add appropriate intervals between requests (minimum 1 second).
  • Batch scan:Use the batch API instead of scanning multiple addresses individually.

Slow response

  • Use caching:If scanning the same address repeatedly, we recommend caching the results.
  • Async processing:For large volumes of scans, consider using webhooks for async processing.
